Many smiles, hundreds of children’s eyes filled with curiosity about what lies ahead, and a little rain — this is how the first September morning began in the courtyard of Biotechnological Lyceum "Radowell".

New heroes joined our community — first-graders and their families. Radokryl, a bird symbolizing success in learning, also came to the celebration. His wish for the students this year was simple: not to be afraid to dream, ask questions, try new things, and grow.

An unexpected highlight for those present was a greeting from the renowned Estonian sociologist, philosopher, education expert, and professor Ülo Vooglaid. It was yet another reminder that education knows no borders.

The lyceum principal, Lesia Doroshenko, addressed everyone with words of welcome. And then came a moment our youngest students will remember for a long time — the 11th-graders led the first-graders into the lyceum. It was as if they were passing the torch: from those who are almost at the end of their school journey to those who are only beginning theirs.

Ahead lie new knowledge, discoveries, victories, mistakes, friendship, experience, and countless moments that we will live through together. May this school bell be the first sound in the great story of each of our students.
