The Pedagogical Council

The Pedagogical Council of the school is one of the most important governing bodies of the educational institution. It is the fundamental function of the Lyceum through decision-making on the educational process. This council includes the entire teaching staff of the Biotechnological Lyceum "Radowell". At the meeting of the Pedagogical Council of the Lyceum, decisions are made on curricula and programs, project goals are outlined, changes in the institution are modeled, and activities are diagnosed and monitored. The main task of the council is to raise the professional level of teachers and create a proper psychological climate in the teams of students and teachers.
Council of Parental Self-Government

According to the current law of Ukraine "About Education", parents "may participate in the public self-government of the educational institution, in particular to elect and be elected to the public self-government bodies of the educational institution."
Biotechnological lyceum "Radowell" has a school-wide parent committee and parent councils for each class. In particular, by voting in each class, the chairman of the class parent council and assistants were elected, who later joined the school parent committee. The school-wide parent committee is headed by the chairman of the parent committee - Oleksandr Polunin.
Together with the parents, the process of comfortable transportation of children was organized, the tradition of tea making was started, the values and rules of the lyceum were adopted, and the educational process and group work were constantly improved. In other words, the active participation of parents in the life of the school helps to carry out the mission of the lyceum "Developing together: children - parents - teachers - community."
Student Parliament
On the 20th of October 2020, BTL "Radowell" hosted elections with a polling station, ballots and counting. A pre-election program, strenuous agitation - as in big politics, preceded them. It is not surprising - because the bodies of student self-government were elected.
In a fair and just race, student of 10-B class Yelizaveta Pominchuk was elected President of the Lyceum. The majority of the audience of the years 5-11 cast their votes in her favour.

Each class elects at a meeting representatives who are members of the school parliament.
