On Friday, February 27, senior students of Biotechnological Lyceum "Radowell" went on an educational excursion to Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University and the company Biomedsklo.

Their first stop was the University's Innovation Hub — a space where ideas become real projects. Students saw how education is connected with business and technology, and how partnerships are created that contribute to regional development.

The next part of the visit included classrooms and laboratories equipped with modern technology and instruments, many of which had once existed only as student designs and concepts. One of the most impressive exhibits was a tomography scanner, demonstrating how science directly serves people and improves lives.

In the assembly hall, students learned about university achievements, international projects, student self-government, and opportunities for turning ideas into reality.

The next destination was Biomedsklo. There, students observed the entire production process — from raw sand to finished products. Every stage reflected knowledge, precision, and responsibility, offering a clear example of modern industry in practice.

Particularly valuable were the words of Ludwig Anatoliiovych, Chairman of the Management Board. His advice was straightforward: English, physics, mathematics, and computer science form the foundation for successful self-realization in today’s world.

Our students are not easily surprised. Yet this trip became much more than a regular excursion. They saw the scale of opportunities available to them and realized that knowledge is far more than grades in a school record book — it is a powerful tool for building the future.

We sincerely thank our partners for their openness, our teachers for their support, and our students for their curiosity and genuine enthusiasm. This day truly brought them one step closer to making informed career choices.
