Through marshy terrain, ditches, and sticky ground, with a map and compass in hand, 10th-grade students were forging a new path. A new one — because this time, continuing the tradition of educational training hikes, the team of teachers set the students an extra-challenging task.

The goal was to explore historical sites in the area and study a new route for future expeditions.

The group set out from the village of Rudnia-Ozerianska, headed toward a lake with a submerged WWII-era bunker, and then continued to the Lyceum’s traditional campsite.

Around 6:00 p.m., the group reached the base camp, where they were able to rest after an intense journey.

The results are clear: the route has been recognized as promising for future activities, with only minor adjustments recommended for the marshy section.

Training hikes are not easy. But it is precisely these encounters with real conditions that build character, develop teamwork, and teach students to act confidently in challenging situations.

At the Foundational Educational Institution Biotechnological Lyceum "Radowell" “learning through experience” is a path of discipline, responsibility, and strength of spirit. This is how the ability to overcome difficulties, achieve goals, and move forward with confidence is formed.
