At the third meeting of the community, we discussed the Lyceum’s educational strategy — how we see the school today and what we want it to become tomorrow.

Education is not the transfer of knowledge, but a process of developing the readiness to think, create solutions, and take responsibility.

Our mission is to create and sustain an environment where individuals grow. A child does not come to school alone — they bring their family and its values. That is why achieving our mission requires cooperation between families, the community, the medical center, the kindergarten, and the Lyceum.

“Synergy” is a space where we unite our efforts to develop an education that nurtures conscious, creative, and responsible individuals.
