How do we raise a child to be healthy, intelligent, confident, responsible, happy, and to think like a citizen of Ukraine? This is exactly what the team of teachers at the Foundational Educational Institution Biotechnological Lyceum "Radowell" is working on.

With the support of philanthropist Mykhailo Veselskyi, our educators recently attended seminars by the renowned Estonian philosopher and educator Ülo Vooglaid. This trip sparked new ideas and led to the creation of the “Synergy” community at the Lyceum — a space where teachers jointly develop strategies for the growth of both children and adults. At the first meeting, they shared their impressions and outlined key directions for future work.

We sincerely thank Mykhailo Mykolaiovych for his forward-thinking vision, support, and belief in the development of education. Thanks to people like him, we have the opportunity to improve ourselves, unite our efforts, and create an environment where individuals truly grow.
