The week of applied arts began with a performance that demonstrated such a direction in art as pointillism. Everyone – both students and teachers – had an opportunity to take part in the process of "finger" drawing.

Several workshops were held during the week:

• making buttons (clay)
• making amulets (wood)
• making ceramic products in the style of "tree bark" (clay)

Both clay and wood were among the first materials that ancient man worked with. The development of civilization is closely related to the development of skills in working with these materials. So it is obvious that there is a reason why our lyceum has ceramic and woodworking studios. After all, it is about the comprehensive and natural development of a child.

Amulets are ancient good symbols that help people preserve their family memory, history, and culture, so some of these amulets were presented by #btl_radovel high school students to French students during a recent visit to the French school Collège La Coutanciere.

We are developing, and spreading our history and culture outside of Ukraine.
