An important component of the formation of personalities is the understanding of their rights and responsibilities for their own actions.

Civic competencies - is the ability of a person to protect and care for the rights, interests and needs of man and citizen, state and society. They must be formed from an early age so that the child can independently and consciously determine and shape their own behavior. One of the components is learning the right to choose, followed by an understanding of the responsibility of one's own actions.
