Usually, on the New Year's Eve, everyone sums up and outlines what they would like to do next.

 

So do we, all together, teachers of the Olevskiy OTG and the community of Radowel gathered in the lyceum to meet with   Ülo Vooglaid  and discuss pedagogical issues that really concern us.

Everyone who was in the room, every day goes to class with children, every day does their job, performs as they can, as they understands. However, overall, most are internally dissatisfied with the results of their work. In this case, the questions arises, what is the problem, what do we do wrong, what and how we should do it.

 

They tried to discuss how to practically combine the teachers' potential of the region in order to find answers, who the teacher is and what to go with for children in the classroom, the role of parents in the educational process, children's motivation ...

 

The meeting took place and the conversation began ..

 

Everyone has the understanding that the problem of education is serious, and only together, in close collaboration, can we hope for a chance to find answers.

 

We are thinking of a format for organizing strong collaboration between teachers across the region.
